when you use Nuvis DVR as video server and not getting motion alert at NVR , follow this action.
Log In the DVR's remote web setting .
Network/Advanced Setting/Network service/ uncheck both "Enable RTSP" and "Enable Websocket" and hit "save".
Then DVR will reboot by itself.
When DVR turned on, check" Enable RTS" and hit "save"
Then DVR will reboot by itself and you will get motion alert from all the ch.
if TVK DVR does not work, upgrade firmware to TVK-N. TVK-N firmware works with motion record.
