How to hard reset a camera

1. Power off camera by unplug POE and power cable from the camera.

2. Look for the reset button on the camera.

3. Hold down the reset button.

4. Plug power cable back to camera while holding down the reset button for 30 seconds

5. Your camera is now reset.
