Problems with UAC and NVR Client in Windows 8

To change the system privileges is a little complicated on windows 8 .
From Vista, Win7 start , although the system default user is an administrator, but not the highest authority Administrator permissions to full control the system .
Please install the CMS to the System root directory instead of Program Files(X86) , like C:\CMS Client
