<How to factory default>
we need to run team viewer and send it to factory.

<baud rate>
For old version, like" UPDATA_IPG-7930PXS_V1.0.18_20190726Z1S(60Hz)" , the baud rate is 9600.
For new version, like "IPG-7930PSS-v1.0.23-20200714ZBV", the baud rate is 115200.
Each baud rate has the corresponding hardware.
For example, The camera upgrade with firmware "UPDATA_IPG-7930PXS_V1.0.18_20190726Z1S(60Hz)" as default before leaving the factory, the baud rate is 9600.
After you upgrade the camera to a new firmware "IPG-7930PSS-v1.0.23-20200714ZBV", you should also change the baud rate to 115200.

<when lens won't focus>
Call Preset 103 : clear lens memory
Loose the screw that hold the lens.
Move the lens up and down manually to focucs on a clear position.
(don't rotate the top of lens left or right)
