Nuvis DVR/NVR compatibility when use DVR as video server

1. Nuvis-NVR9664 V4.40.015 build 200616
"motion check" does not save with TVK2216((V3.5.371_181225_K71)
but, works well with TVK2108(V3.5.371_181225_K71)
2. Nuvis-NVR9664 V4.1.64_190119_K51 : 잘됨.다운그레이드 할때 IP camera 모두 날감.
works well with TVK2216((V3.5.371_181225_K71)
works well with TVK2108(V3.5.371_181225_K71)
when downgrade from V4.40.015 to V4.1.64, it lose all the IPC setting.
