[HD1024]How to change D&N switching timming

1.Go to manager page >Camera>Day&Night
2.Set the bar at '0' and 'Save'
( it should be saved as '0' before go to next step.)
3. Type 'http://(IP address)/cgi-bin/dnf_change.cgi ' on web browser
4. Set 'Day->Night' and 'Night->Day' Value and 'Save'
