[SP27T, 37T] PTZ DOES NOT TILL UP ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP

PTZ does not tilt up all the way to the top position.
<how to fix it>
restart camera.
<cause >
Whenever PTZ power up, it check the vertical origin position . If step motor in the cameras has slip in it possibly caused by vibration, shock or impact while it is operating , origin position of PTZ become incorrect.
