Only substream supports MJPEG. Set substream as MJPEG first

-ID means main stream or sub stream. 2 represents sub stream, 1 represents main stream
-You need to setup sub stream to MJPEG first
-it works with chrome , mozila but not IE.
-control 4 system works with MJPEG.
