If you're using the Windows Vista or 7 and have fail to save your data then follow these steps for solving the problem.
1. copy your URL.
2. open the internet option from the Internet Explorer.
3. add your URL into the trusted site.
After you did all those steps, try to re-open the Internet Explorer.
If you still have the problem check your firewall setting value.
