Error code 502 is DDNS server fail message.
Please check the DDNS setting.

[GuardingVision] Error Code 0

If you have "Error Code 0" from Guarding Vision or Guarding Expert App, you should use "TVR Mobile" App instead.
The error from old DVR on new Smartphone App.
