[1st Way: from DVR Menu]

1. If it opens menu without asking password when you click "menu", you can run factory default as below.
2. [ MENU]-[ SYSTEM ] - [ SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ] - [ FACTORY DEFAULT ] - [ LOAD ]
3. Default PW is "1234"

[2nd Way: Using USB 2.0 drive ]
- If your DVR is old D1, 960H, or 1st generation TVI DVR, the USB drive factory default won't work. Have to try the third way(Remote Controller).

1.Download the file”itx_usb_hotkey.txt” and move it to a USB 2.0 drive.(USB 3.0 driver does not work.)
USB file system should be FAT32.(Does not work on NTFS)
Link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mU3njQ ... share_link
2.Plug the USB 2.0 drive into the DVR
3.Unplug DVR's power and plug it back.
4. If DVR beep and beep beep while booting up, factory default is successfully complete. Skip step 5.
5.If DVR makes a constant beeping (it takes about 5 min), unplug the USB drive and power recycle DVR.
Factory default is successfully complete.
6.Factory default password of old DVR is "1234”. Recent DVRs show the password setting window at factory default setting.
7.Set strong PW(Do not use default PW).
8.Change RTSP and HTTP ports to something else. ( We normally set 7999 for HTTP and 7998 for RTSP)

[ 3rd Way Remote Controller ]
- Atlas TVI V6 does not support factory reset via Remote controller.

1.Please click this YouTube link and follow the steps.
Atlas 960H 1U model Link - https://youtube.com/shorts/OmZIkWWD9VY?feature=share
Atlas TVI 1.5U/2U model link - https://youtube.com/shorts/WWGQz0xRETY?feature=share
Atlas TVI HD5 model link - https://youtu.be/CKZArqfS9Jw

2.After you run factory default, please follow the above steps 7 and 8.

3. You need to use the right remote controller. Please check the link below.
Link - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SOjlHy ... share_link

[ 4th Way - Reset button ]
- 5MP, 8MP Atlas TVI DVRs have a hole next to the power input port.
- Please check the link below.

You can download and use Android apps on your Chromebook using the Google Play Store app.
Currently, the Google Play Store is only available for some Chromebooks. Learn which Chromebooks support Android apps.

Note: If you’re using your Chromebook at work or school, you might not be able to add the Google Play Store or download Android apps. For more information, contact your administrator.

Tap here to see an interactive tutorial

Step 1: Get the Google Play Store app
1. Update your Chromebook software
To get Android apps on your Chromebook, make sure your Chrome OS version is up-to-date. Learn how to update your Chromebook's operating system.

2. Sign in to the Google Play Store
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings Settings.
In the "Google Play Store" section, next to "Install apps and games from Google Play on your Chromebook," select Turn on.
Note: If you don't see this option, your Chromebook doesn't work with Android apps.
In the window that appears, select More.
You’ll be prompted to agree to the Terms of Service. When you’ve read and agreed, select I Agree.
Step 2: Get Android apps
Now, you can find and download Android apps on your Chromebook.

Your Chromebook won’t automatically download the same Android apps as your phone or tablet, so you’ll need to download them again. Also, some apps don’t work with some Chromebooks, so you won’t be able to download them.

Note: The Google Play Store and any downloaded Android apps are only available for the account that signed in first. To use them with a different account, sign out of all your accounts and sign in with the account you want to use.

Both "A" and "B" are not related with resolution.

Since there is no standard aliment protocol for TVI , each manufacturer just copy each other .

"A" is most common aliment and "B" is kind of rare now.

Because of that we made two different aliment setting in the DVR and named them "A" and "B".

Both "A" and "B" work with 720 & 1080.
